guys im confused. i’ve been sick and had my period since saturday and since then i’ve gone from 138.5 to 140 again?

      I weighed myself last night and I was 138.5. I weigh myself tonight and I’m 139.5. Why? Was it because I ate a certain food today that made me more bloated or something? Will it be back 138.5 tomorrow? Someone help me?!!

          Any loseit.com users here? I have a question!

          So I know the calories they tell you are in each food are correct, but are the calories they tell you that you burn for something accurate?

          I said I would be doing jazz for 1 hour which burned me 251

          and then ballet which is another 251 calories

          does that seem right?
